Papers are limited to eight pages, CNY 1000.00 per extra page, for a maximum of two extra pages.
Please complete the registration before June 21st, 2019.
Please register for ICSINC 2019 Spring as the following steps:

Please remit the registration fee to the following account: Bank of deposit：中国民生银行北京北太平庄支行 Account name：北京华策信通管理咨询有限责任公司 Bank Account：8721 7022 2102 0102 6940 The remittance postscript must be marked as"ICSINC XXX"（XXX refers to the paper number） 2、Please email your register payment certification to icsinc@163.com. 3、 If you need an invoice, please fill the ICSINC Invoice Template and send it to icsinc@163.com with your payment certification. The invoice will be provided on site in Guiyang. 4、Please sign the Copyright of ICSINC(Springer) and send the scan to icsinc@163.com. 5、Please fill the Accommodation send to icsinc@163.com. Attention: please send the payment certification, ICSINC Invoice Template (if you need an invoice), Copyright of ICSINC(Springer) and Accommodation together in one email.
