Guo Li

Biography:
Li Guo, professor of the Research & Teaching Center of Information Theory and Technique, School of Information and Telecommunication, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, member of the Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (UWC), Ministry of Education (BUPT), member of the Data Science Center in BUPT. She is also the director of the National Engineering Practice Education Center and Beijing Enterprise-University Talent Training Base in BUPT. She awarded the second Place in Embedded Development of International Imagine Cup Competition sponsored by Microsoft Corporation as the team mentor in 2008.She also awarded the title of “Beijing Excellent Youth Teacher” in 1998 and Beijing Excellent Teacher in 2009. She achieved National Excellent Teaching Achievement awards in 2008 and 2014. She is the review experts of the National Nature Fund China and the Diploma Center, Ministry of Education, china. She has published more than 60 papers in SCI journals, EI journals, international conferences, etc. Her research interests include: the future wireless communication and networking, advanced signal processing Using AI technology, block chain, embedded system design, entrepreneurship education.
Takeo Fujii

Biography:
Takeo Fujii was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1974. He received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Keio University, Yokohama, Japan, in 1997, 1999 and 2002 respectively. From 2000 to 2002, he was a research associate in the Department of Information and Computer Science, Keio University. From 2002 to 2006, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. From 2006 to 2014, he has been an associate professor in Advanced Wireless Communication Research Center, The University of Electro-Communications. Currently, he is a professor in Advanced Wireless and Communication Research Center, The University of Electro-Communications. His current research interests are in cognitive radio and ad-hoc wireless networks. He received Best Paper Award in IEEE VTC 1999-Fall, 2001 Active Research Award in Radio Communication Systems from IEICE technical committee of RCS, 2001 Ericsson Young Scientist Award, Young Researcher's Award from the IEICE in 2004, The Young Researcher Study Encouragement Award from IEICE technical committee of AN in 2009, Best Paper Award in IEEE CCNC 2013, and IEICE Communication Society Best Paper Award in 2016.

Wang Yue

Biography:
Wang Yue received his Ph.D. degree from the Complex Systems Laboratory of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. His major is control technology and control engineering, mainly focused in robot dynamics, multi-robot coordinated control and other fields.
Since 2003, he has been mainly engaged in the research and development of the general agile platform for spacecraft, as well as the design, development and test of the overall and control system of new optical remote sensing satellites in China Academy of Space Technology. Over the years, he has devoted himself to the design of spacecraft systems, design of space-ground integration, autonomous mission management, autonomous health management, reliability design, real-time processing applications in space and other research directions. In addition, he has presided over or participated in the design and development of overall or control systems for more than 10 spacecrafts.
He has won many national defense science and technology progress awards, and more than 10 patents. He is also a member of the national defense science and technology instrument panel.
