After communicating with relevant local departments in Qinghai and judging the current epidemic situation, the conference affairs team decided to hold the conference both online & offline for the safety of all participants after careful consideration. The relevant arrangements are hereby notified as follows:
1. This conference is mainly in the form of online communication. At that time, experts, scholars and authors at home and abroad will be invited to participate through the network.
2. This meeting is an offline meeting place for some guests, experts and participants of China Unicom. Other guests who cannot attend the meeting on site can participate in the communication through the online meeting. The meeting link will be announced before September 5.
3. All the accepted authors of the articles are requested to prepare a communication PPT (3 pages of PPT, including the title, the author's contact information, the main content of the paper, etc.) and send it to the mailbox of the conference affairs group before 12:00 on September 3, 2022ICSINC@163.com. Please name the subject of the email: [icsinc2022-ppt-paper ID], and the file name format is also "icsinc2022-ppt-paper id.ppt" (for example, Article 1, the file name is "icsinc2022-ppt-1. Ppt", and the email subject is [icsinc2022-ppt-1]). The conference affairs group will summarize all the PPT contents received, prepare the conference communication materials, and display them online and offline for the conference communication. In addition, the conference affairs group will summarize the article information submitted to the PPT and incorporate it into the conference manual; Articles that have not submitted ppt will not be included in the conference manual.
